1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Original Artwork: All original artwork, designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Johnny Harris, Fire In Art.

Usage Rights: Purchasing an original artwork or print gives you ownership of the physical piece. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artwork may not be reproduced, scanned, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Social Media & Sharing: You are welcome to share images of my work on social media! Please credit Fire In Art or link back to FireInArt.com.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Available original pieces and prints are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Commissioned pieces follow the agreed project timeline.

Shipping Rates: Shipping is a flat $75.00 within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout based on destination and the size and weight of the piece.

Free Local Delivery: Delivery is free within 50 miles of Joelton, Tennessee. The $75.00 flat shipping rate does not apply to local deliveries.

Packaging: All artwork is carefully packed with protective materials for safe arrival.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside the United States.

3. Returns & Refunds

Original Artwork & Custom Commissions: Due to the nature of original and custom work, all sales of original pieces and commissions are final and non-refundable.

Prints & Merchandise: Unopened prints and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the artwork and email FireInArt59@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

4. Custom Commissions

Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins.

Approval & Final Payment: Photos of the finished piece will be sent for your approval. The remaining balance is due before the piece ships.

5. Privacy Policy

Data Collection: Your name, shipping address, and email address are collected only to process your order, communicate about your purchase, and provide customer service. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors; we never see or store your full card details.

Third Parties: Your information is never sold. It is shared only as needed to fulfill your order, such as with our website host (Squarespace), payment processors, and shipping carriers.
